Terix LLC was founded in 1997. At the initial stage, the activities of Terix LLC were limited to the installation and preventive maintenance of various types of water heating equipment.

Currently, Terix offers its customers a wide range of services, including engineering design, consulting, and preventive maintenance of all types of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sewage, water supply, and fire safety systems. These systems are installed and serviced at private residential, office, commercial, and industrial facilities.

In addition to import relations, cooperation with suppliers includes the periodic retraining and qualification enhancement of Terix personnel through seminars and training sessions organized under the auspices of these companies, followed by the optimal adaptation of the acquired knowledge and experience to the needs of local customers and overall market demands.

The company’s clients include both legal entities and individuals, and since its establishment, it has installed approximately 1,500 large, medium, and small-scale heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sewage, and fire safety systems throughout Georgia. Over the years, the total number of employees has exceeded 250.
